It is not when everything goes well that you can assess the customer orientation of a team -- it is when there are problems to overcome (which is common with technology) that the true character becomes apparent. Ankit and his team measured highly on website design, implementation, and customer care.
A good project for any client is when they get what they asked for and ways to improve that even more with the expertise of the project executor. This is exactly what happened with Ankit. Very prompt response and turn-around times. Accommodating with on-the-fly changes too (of course to an extent). Full transparency on what is going on, on his side. All in all, a great outcome on the project.
Very professional, personable, stayed on time and budget and addressed all of my concerns and issues. The communication skills were top rated as well. Changes in scope or amendments to milestones were always met with forthcoming discussions. I plan on employing in the future as well.
