1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and MVP n Beyond concerning your access to and use of our website and digital services.

2. Services Overview

MVP n Beyond provides custom software engineering, MVP design and development, dedicated engineering teams, product scaling, AI & automation solutions, and technical advisory services. Detailed project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service contracts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement or Statement of Work:

• Client Deliverables: Upon full and final settlement of all applicable fees, all custom source code, assets, design files, and deliverables created specifically for the Client become the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.
• Pre-existing Materials: MVP n Beyond retains all rights in its proprietary libraries, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used during development.
• Website Content: All content, branding, designs, logos, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of MVP n Beyond and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To ensure project success and timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

• Provide clear, timely, and complete project requirements, assets, feedback, and approvals.
• Designate an authorized primary contact person for day-to-day communication and sign-offs.
• Ensure that all third-party materials, APIs, and credentials provided to MVP n Beyond do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment terms, milestone schedules, hourly/monthly rates, and invoicing schedules are specified in each contract or quotation.

• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stipulated in the service agreement (typically 15 days from issuance).
• Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing work or milestone handovers until settled.
• All quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (Mutual NDA)

Both parties agree to hold all confidential, proprietary, and business information received from the other party in strict confidence. We routinely sign and uphold mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to discussing any sensitive intellectual property or project blueprints.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

We provide all software development services with reasonable care, skill, and industry best practices. Except as explicitly outlined in a formal contract, digital services and website access are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MVP n Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed and verified up to the effective termination date.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Updates to These Terms

MVP n Beyond reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated revision date indicated at the top.
